JobZen · Support
Choose the relevant app. Feedback about functions, data and clarity helps improve it. Support is not an emergency service and does not replace professional advice.

JobZen Android 1.2.0 has been submitted to Google for a closed test. Approval is pending.
How it works
- Enter a German postal code or optionally use your location.
- Select occupations from the KldB catalogue and suitable filters.
- Check the data date and open the linked original vacancy.
Report an error
Include the platform, app version, language, steps leading to the error and expected result. For location-related issues, an approximate postal-code area is enough initially. Describe the issue without confidential documents or personal case information.
Please do not send passwords, identity documents, medical records, complete official letters or job application documents. Remove personal information from screenshots. An initial collaboration enquiry should use a general example.

Sources and freshness
Vacancies are indexed from the publicly accessible Bundesagentur für Arbeit job search into a separate technical dataset. JobZen is independent and neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the agency. JobZen application and proxy routes operate without access logs.
Limits and important information
Check whether a vacancy is still available. JobZen does not submit applications. The original listing determines requirements, deadlines and how to apply. The dataset checked on 7 September dates from 1 September 2026 and is marked as outdated.
