Goals, deliverables, budget and responsibilities are recorded before work begins. Development priorities depend on actual needs, findings and available resources. Specific audience sizes or workload reductions are not promised.

The published apps are free. Additional adaptations, introduction, support and operation are agreed separately according to effort and funding. Organisational services are not offered under a blanket promise of free provision.

Transparency

The initiative is being built through personal development work and private funds. Suitable funding and partnerships are sought for development, data maintenance and trials. Funding awards or completed organisational pilots are reported only when supported by evidence.
