OpenZen is an independent, non-commercial technology initiative under development. Its founder and responsible developer is Artem Stukalo in Engelskirchen. OpenZen does not claim formally recognised charitable status.
Artem Stukalo
Artem Stukalo comes from Ukraine and has lived in Germany with his family since 2022. His experience of settling in and navigating difficult information inspired OpenZen.
Practical use
Work begins with a specific everyday difficulty. Clear language, few steps, limited data collection and understandable limits should make the apps easier to use. Professional and public-sector decisions remain with people and the responsible bodies.
Funding and collaboration
The initiative is being built through personal development work and private funds. Suitable funding and partnerships are sought for development, data maintenance and trials. Funding awards or completed organisational pilots are reported only when supported by evidence.
