OpenZen

OpenZen for municipalities and organisations

OpenZen can complement the work of municipalities, social organisations and advice centres. A pilot starts with an existing app, a clearly defined task and an identified user group.

Practical use

First, agree on the task and responsible people. Then assess data freshness, language, privacy and accessibility. Selected users try typical tasks, and feedback and errors are recorded. A decision about continuation and support follows the evaluation.

Costs and responsibilities

Agree on scope, duration, contacts, success criteria, data maintenance and support before starting. Personal case data is not needed for the first discussion. A trial does not replace professional advice or official procedures.

The published apps are free. Additional adaptations, introduction, support and operation are agreed separately according to effort and funding. Organisational services are not offered under a blanket promise of free provision.
