How it works
- Choose a topic and place or postal code.
- View relevant organisations and contact details.
- Confirm responsibilities, opening hours and access directly with the organisation.
Data processing
Search and distance calculations run in a directory on your device. Updates come from OpenZen over HTTPS. iOS uses Apple MapKit; Android uses MapLibre with OpenFreeMap. Map services may receive connection data and the requested map area. Search does not call generative AI.
Sources and freshness
Directories contain publicly accessible organisational information. Translated descriptions can contain errors; the original information and the organisation's own answers are authoritative.
Limits and important information
Entries may be incomplete or outdated. HelpZen does not keep a case file or provide personal advice or emergency assistance. Do not enter case numbers or sensitive case information.
