Practical use
A pilot uses agreed tasks and success criteria. Completed steps, assistance needed and errors are recorded. Anonymous feedback is preferred. Results are evaluated with their method, timeframe and limitations.
Limits and important information
Store availability, technical tests and dataset sizes provide verifiable starting points. By themselves, they do not demonstrate user numbers, social impact, complete accessibility or permanent freedom from errors.
