3. Check the suggested disposal method against your municipality's or waste operator's rules.

Report an error

Include the platform, app version, language, steps leading to the error and expected result. For location-related issues, an approximate postal-code area is enough initially. Describe the issue without confidential documents or personal case information.

Please do not send passwords, identity documents, medical records, complete official letters or job application documents. Remove personal information from screenshots. An initial collaboration enquiry should use a general example.

Municipal rules are considered where available for the selected area. Complete and accurate coverage of every municipality is not promised.

Limits and important information

Results are guidance and can be wrong. Local disposal rules take priority. Do not photograph people, addresses or confidential documents.
