Provision of the website
The website and its WordPress data are fully provided on a server infrastructure operated by OpenZen itself in Germany. The public HTTPS access is provided through a VPS administered by OpenZen in a German data center; the connection to its own Ubuntu server is encrypted through a private Tailscale network. When calling, IP address, time, addressed, transferred data amount, referrer, browser recognition and operating system can be processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation and in the abuse of misuse.
Status: Productivity in Germany. Technically required connection data can be processed in short time in the security and server protocols of the German access server and its own Ubuntu server. A fixed deletion period is supplemented after completion of the current protocol and backup documentation; until then we do not call unconfirmed daily number.
Cookies and WordPress
The website is based on WordPress. Public visitors do not need a user account. Technically necessary cookies are only used for administration and security functions. There is currently no web analysis, no advertising tracking and no consent-obligatory marketing cookies are used. Google fonts are not externally loaded; WordPress emoji downloads and public Gravatar requests are deactivated.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
On the openzen.info website itself there is no AI-based processing of personal data.
The OpenZen applications (LifeZen, HelpZen, MedZen, DocZen, JobZen) process AI functions exclusively on an infrastructure operated by OpenZen itself in Germany.
Input content is not used to train AI models. The used models are not further trained with user input.
A exclusively automated decision making with legal effect within the meaning of Art. 22 DSGVO does not take place.The results of the AI functions are indications and do not replace professional, medical, legal or administrative advice.
Which models are used in detail, we indicate in Transparency Report and out.
Contact by email, telephone or contact form
If you contact us, we will process your information solely for the processing of your request and the related communication. The contact form is operated using Contact Form 7; the information is sent by e-mail to OpenZen and by Contact Form 7 is not additionally stored in a own WordPress database. Legal basis is according to the case Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b or lit. f DSGVO. Messages will be deleted as soon as the request is finally processed and no legal retention obligations are met; business correspondence can be stored for up to six or ten years.
The external left
This website links to external offers, such as Apple App Store, Google Play and project sources. Only when you open such a link the data protection notice of the respective provider applies.
Data Protection of Apps
The product pages describe the purpose, permissions, local AI processing, storage behavior and remaining external services of the respective application.
