OpenZen

MedZen · Support

Choose the relevant app. Feedback about functions, data and clarity helps improve it. Support is not an emergency service and does not replace professional advice.

Availability

iOS 1.4 · App Store · Publicly available | Android 1.1.2 · Google Play · Publicly available

How it works

  1. Choose a specialty and place or postal code.
  2. View facilities ordered by distance.
  3. Check contact details, services and appointment options directly with the facility.

Report an error

Include the platform, app version, language, steps leading to the error and expected result. For location-related issues, an approximate postal-code area is enough initially. Describe the issue without confidential documents or personal case information.

Please do not send passwords, identity documents, medical records, complete official letters or job application documents. Remove personal information from screenshots. An initial collaboration enquiry should use a general example.

Sources and freshness

The German database uses sources including OpenStreetMap/Geofabrik and open data from the Bundes-Klinik-Atlas. Contact details and services can change; complete coverage of every facility is not promised.

Limits and important information

The order is neither a quality ranking nor medical advice. MedZen does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, insurance details or medical records.

In Germany, call 112 for life-threatening emergencies and 110 for the police. The medical on-call service on 116117 assists outside surgery hours with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions that cannot wait until the next day.
