Purpose and data
HelpZen makes publicly-known consulting bodies, authorities and assistance offers available. for use, no user account is required. entries may be incomplete or outdated and must be confirmed before a visit to the respective site.
Location and Search
The site access is voluntary and is requested only after a user action. It is used to view offers nearby. Alternatively, a site or PLZ area can be entered. HelpZen does not create a movement profile and does not store any case or consultation documents.
Map and OpenZen infrastructure
HelpZen uses MapLibre with OpenFreeMap cards. when loading cards, the card service and the German OpenZen access server can obtain technical necessary connection data such as IP address and card area. search requests to OpenZen are processed on the infrastructure operated by themselves in Germany and are not transmitted to external AI providers.
Sensitive information, advertising and tracking
Please do not enter registration signs, residence data, health data or personal case details. HelpZen does not contain any advertising or marketing tracking. OpenZen does not sell any personal data.
App Stores
Apple and Google process data at their own responsibility when downloading and with store functions.
Their rights
